About Nick:
Dr. Nick Swint is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has worked with everyone from Olympic gold medalists to the full executive team of the PGA TOUR, including the current and previous commissioners . His focus is on helping high-performing individuals move better, feel stronger, and live longer.
With three unique but complimentary specialties of Athletic Training, Strength and Conditioning and Physical Therapy and a handful of additional certifications, Nick combines clinical expertise with practical experience to deliver the highest level of individualized care — all on your schedule and from the comfort of your home.

Personal Training
Once you're out of pain we are going to keep going, whether you need to be stronger for your sport, have more energy for your work or family, or want to continue living a long and healthy life.
Sports Massage
Pre-workout, Post-workout, or Recovery day ASTYM and soft-tissue work to reduce chronic pain / inflammation and help you prepare and/or recover better from tough training sessions and long workdays.
Physical Therapy
One-on-One rehabilitation without the constraints of traditional insurance, helping you to turn your setback into a strength, and getting you back on your feet quicker and stronger than ever.
Nutritional Strategies
Fuelling your mind and body to perform at the highest level, whether on the field or in the office is your key ingredient for increased energy, focus and success.
Prep
5-10 minutes
You've just eaten a small breakfast or snack, and now you are preparing for your workout with self-massage and/or a light stretching to a few specific problem areas to help prepare your muscles and joints for a full workout

Warm-Up
15 minutes
Beginning with a 10 minute dynamic stretch hitting all of the major muscle groups, we work into the warm-up slowly and progress into a 5 minute cross-functional cardiovascular activity to increase your blood flow and heart rate.
Activation
15 minutes
Our activation phase starts our more specific activities- specific to your goals, and specific to today's workout. This may include core activation, power development, and/or skill development to help maximize your work
6:30am
Main Set
30 minutes
The main set is very specific to both your goals (weight loss, strength gain, etc.) and your current training level (capacity vs performance). The main set uses strength training and high-intensity interval training.
7:00am
Recovery
20 minutes
Recovery starts with a brief stretch, and soft-tissue massage as needed. Following your workout, you get to hit the shower while I make your post-workout smoothie and clean up any equipment utilized during the workout.
